Terms & End User License Agreement

These terms cover the WiFi Scanner desktop application ("the Software") and this website. Installing or using the Software means you accept them.

The software, plainly described

WiFi Scanner is a desktop application for Windows (10/11) and macOS (13+) that scans nearby WiFi networks, visualizes signal and interference, and supports site surveys and network planning. It installs like any standard desktop application, makes no changes to your system beyond its own installation, bundles no other software, and shows no ads. Uninstall it any time via Windows "Add or remove programs" or by moving the app to the Trash on macOS.

Trial and license

Free trial: 7 days with every feature unlocked, no payment details required. After the trial, background scanning continues but viewing live results requires a purchased license.
Paid license: an annual, per-seat subscription. A license key may be activated on the number of machines (seats) purchased. Renewing extends your existing key; nothing reinstalls.
What you may not do: resell, sublicense or share license keys; reverse-engineer the Software except where law permits; or use it to access networks you are not authorized to assess. WiFi Scanner is a diagnostic tool for networks you own or have permission to survey.

Refunds and cancellation

The full-featured trial exists so you can evaluate before paying. If something isn't right with a purchase, email sales@accessagility.com and a human will sort it out.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. RF measurement depends on your hardware and environment; survey results are estimates, not guarantees of network performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccessAgility LLC's total liability arising from the Software or this website is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

We may terminate a license that violates these terms. You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
